Cindy was raised in Fremont where her parents still live in her childhood home. She

currently lives in San Ramon and has lived in several Bay Area cities. Cindy started a

career with AT&T working her way up to top management and “retiring” after 37 years of

service. Knowing this wasn’t her last career, she obtained her Real Estate license.

Cindy always knew that Real Estate was her passion and decided to take a leap of faith

and it has been one of her best decisions. Besides, it helped with her TV addiction to

House Hunters.

Cindy has helped numerous clients sell and buy their dream homes. Pro-active

communication with clients, attention to detail and dedication to her clients’ needs are

an integral part of her business. Cindy is very knowledgeable about the Bay Area

market. Cindy is also very skilled in contracts and negotiating which has won her client’s

offers. She has always been passionate about excellence, achievement and results. In

real estate, this means setting appropriate expectations and then exceeding them.

Her passion for real estate comes from her love of interior design and remodeling

homes along with her husband. Cindy has the benefit of being married to her high

school sweetheart who is a carpenter, which allows them to do all the work themselves.

Cindy’s knowledge of doing numerous projects also translates into helping her clients

understand inspection reports as well as helping them with any remodeling/decorating

ideas.

When Cindy isn’t busy with her “day job” she enjoys gardening, fitness and the

company of family and friends. In addition, she volunteers for the TCV food bank in

Fremont and Hope Hospice in Dublin. Volunteering is her ultimate joy and loves the

amazing feeling it gives her to help others.
