Pershanté Hill is an Oakland native with a half dozen year’s worth of Bay Area real estate experience. Growing up, Pershanté lived in several neighborhoods throughout the Oakland, Hercules, and Albany areas, cultivating a unique familiarity with the Bay Area landscape and its real estate markets. After finishing his basketball career and graduating from the College of Marin, he began work as a leasing agent and then a property manager; quickly followed by the the pursuit and achievement of his California Real Estate license.
