Rick was born in Oakland, CA and raised in Fremont, CA.  He was the second of 5 children born to Richard and Minerva Geha.  The Geha’s are 100% Lebanese heritage and Rick is first generation American born and raised.  Rick’s whole life has been positively affected by the gregarious, loving and helpful nature he learned from his heritage and family.

 

He grew up wanting to be a dentist.  When he was rejected by 13 dental schools in the late ‘70’s, over 70 members of his family were already in the real estate industry.  His family insisted it was a ‘sign’ that he had been rejected and should join them in the real estate biz!  And so, May 15th of 1980, he became a licensed real estate professional in California at 22 years old. 

 

Now, after well over 40 years, Rick has helped over 5000 families, individuals, businesses and non-profits realize their goals and dreams in the area of real estate.  He has grown to specialize in Residential, Luxury, Commercial, Industrial, Land and Multi-Family.  Today, The Rick Geha Team, with 6 full time professionals, helps deliver the same value as Rick has for over 43 years to those all over The Bay Area, Northern CA, and the State of California.

 

Rick and his team care deeply about the dreams and goals and aspirations of his clients and friends and family and make that the foundation of doing business with them. Rick passed in October of 2023 and The Rick Geha team, led by his wife Casey, is committed to continuing the legacy of improving the lives of those they serve.
